ضمن برنامج وصل المرحلة الثانية المدعوم من منظمة IOM الدولية نفذت منظمة الجيل للتنمية البشرية مشروع (القادة الشباب يصنعون المستقبل) في قضاء الحويجة. ناحية الرياض.حيث نفذت المنظمة العديد من الأنشطة مناها صبغ مدرستين . وصبغ مدخل ناحية الرياض. وتنضيف مدخل ناحية الرياض. وزراعة الأشجار في بعض المدارس والجزرات الوسطية شارك في هذا الأنشطة ٦٠شاب من كلا الجنسين من أهالي الناحية الرياض من العائدين والمضيفين .كان الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الأنشطة هو إعادة بناء التعايش السلمي والتماسك المجتمعي وإعادة الاندماج بينهم Within the Wasl Program, the second phase, and with the support of the International Organization for Migration and the Generation Organization for Human Development, the project (Young Leaders Create the Future) in Hawija District.
